Cardxx Announces Agreement with Identita Technologies International

On July 3, 2007, Cardxx entered into a strategic, one-year agreement with Identita Technologies International SRL, that requires an initial payment to Cardxx on or prior to October 2, 2007. Identita is a leading provider of Identity Management and Authentication solutions for securing online transactions. Identita's EchoSystem solutions enables users to be securely authenticated anytime, anywhere and with a wide variety of devices. Further details regarding the strategic relationship will be announced once the initial payment has been received by Cardxx.
